Based in Burntwood, near Lichfield, Staffordshire we operate within most areas throughout the Midlands and its surrounding counties, including South Derbyshire, North Warwickshire and Shropshire.
Approved Contractors
We're recommended by many local authorities to carry out tree work to BS3998: Recommendations for Treework. We are approved to work on trees that have a preservation order (TPO), and also those areas that are sites of specific scientific interest (SSSIs) and trees within conservation areas.
If you have trees or hedges which are within these types of categories, Acme will happily complete the necessary application forms and liaise on your behalf with your relevant local authority so you don’t have the hassle.
Acme are also Constructionline Approved Contractors.

Our experienced and efficient tree surgeons are all NPTC qualified. We operate a continual training programme to ensure our specialist teams are kept up-to-date with new industry techniques and standards, which in turn ensures the company continues to develop and progress.
